What are Santa Bob's Rates?

  • Civic Organizations / Charity Events / Church & School Events - Inquire
  • Office & Corporate Christmas Parties / Open House Events / Restaurant & Retail Events - $150.00 first hour (minimum) and $75.00 each additional one-half hour
  • Professional Photo Sessions w/Santa - $100.00 per session
  • Home Visits, Breakfast/Brunch w/Santa - $100.00 first hour (minimum) and $50.00 each additional one-half hour.
  • You may contact Santa Bob regarding events you wish to schedule on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Premium rates apply.
  • All fees are due at Santa's appearance and are payable by cash or check only.
  • Rates for half day or full day appearances are negotiable.
  • All appearances beyond a twenty (20) mile radius of Bowling Green will require a rate adjustment.
  • A contractual agreement and a one-half deposit may be required to book Santa Bob for your event.

How can I Prepare for Santa Bob's Visit?

  • Book Santa Bob for your event as far in advance as possible.
  • Santa Bob will talk with you personally when scheduling your event.
  • Inform Santa Bob of any special guests or special needs that may require added preparation.
  • Santa Bob will call you when he is in route to your event.
  • Have a convenient parking place reserved for Santa Bob near the entrance to your event.
  • Have someone greet Santa Bob at the entrance and escort him to the party area.
  • If Santa Bob is to distribute presents, have each gift properly wrapped and the recipient's name printed in bold letters.
  • If you plan to take photos, have a large chair for Santa Bob sitting in front of an appropriate Christmas backdrop.
  • Place the balance of Santa Bob's fee in an envelope or Christmas card and hand it to him as he leaves your event.
